Pippa’s Yoga offers a range of classes from Power to Pregnancy Yoga in the Sevenoaks area. Classes are suitable for all abilities and beginners are very welcome.
Details of classes:
Power Yoga – a fast paced, vinyasa style class combining movement with the breath. Get ready to flow and glow! You may recognise the postures but you may not have experienced them quite like this before. A powerful class that works both body and mind.
Pregnancy Yoga – suitable from 12 weeks to birth. Combining pregnancy yoga with breath awareness, relaxation and practical skills for birth, this class will help prepare you physically and emotionally for the arrival of your baby, whatever birth you are anticipating. Classes can be adapted to individual needs and requirements (PGP, back pain, mobility restrictions, etc.).
Hatha Yoga – focuses on posture, alignment and breath awareness. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Postures focus on strengthening (back, pelvic floor, core), stability (balance) and flexibility. Relaxation, mindfulness and meditation are also an integral part of every class.
Classes can be booked singly or you can just turn up and yoga (if there is space)! Alternatively you can purchase a 5 or 10 class pass and save money (up to £3 per class). A 5 class pass is valid for 8 weeks and a 10 class pass, 16 weeks. If purchasing a class pass during pregnancy any classes not taken before baby’s arrival will be extended up to baby’s 1st birthday, giving you a whole year to use them in.
