BOOSTfit is a totally new fitness class; we believe that fitness is not just about your body, but your life too. This is why each of our classes is not just designed to work with your fabulous body but your mind as well. Every class has different sections to focus on your different needs and to relieve stress from a tough day, week, month, year or more.

A class consists of:
Warm up – getting yourself physically and mentally ready

Stress Bust – punch hit and kick your stresses away

BOOST your mood – have fun, sweat and smile

BOOST your strength – Tone, and build your stretch mentally and physically

Shake it off – shake out the muscles that have worked hard

Stretch it out – with our osteopath-developed stretch.

Remember we are a community that is here for YOU. We aim to boost you, the rest of the class and each other in a fun no judgement atmosphere. No need to book, just turn up.

Cannot make any of our classes? That’s OK, we know life can be hectic… that is why we created BOOSTme, our online subscription version of BOOSTfit. With a variety of workouts, varying from 15 minutes to 90 minutes, which you can you when suits YOU.

You will be supported by our exclusive mindset and goals-setting Facebook group, which has guest speakers, motivation and mindset talks, plus support that can be tailored to you with our team, including the creator of BOOSTfit, an osteopath and counsellor.

Also, every month a percentage of BOOSTfit’s profits are donated to local charities voted in by our class members.
