Birch’s was started in 2016 by Ashley Birch who, after spending years struggling to find wholesome and local food that was naturally gluten free, opened her own cafe. It’s small and quirky but it’s all she could hope for! Ashley has a passion for food and has been collecting menus and creating since she was a little girl, to say that she is obsessed is an understatement. A self-titled Food Enthusiast her passion for creating mouth-watering meals with local and organic produce shines in this little nest in the suburbs. Where else can you get Dhal on a Monday and Mexican Pazole on a Tuesday! Birch’s serves simple fare too, including homemade cakes (most are gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free), quiches, soups, bowls of goodness and superb breakfasts and brunch. The menu changes daily dependant on how creative we feel, what’s in season and how the weather looks!
